How to Use Cash In

Cash In is an evidence of the transaction that the company has received the money from the cash settlement of receivables or on a cash sale.

What is Cash In in Graylite looks like and how to use it???

Information:
1. Choose transaction date.
2. Choose COA cash account.
3. Choose the currency used by the column Currency option.
4. Insert transactions carried out, the amount of the transaction will appear in the column Total Transaction (General).
5. Insert additional payments (if any), the amount of payment will appear in the column Total Payment (General).
6. Grand Total is the sum of total transactions + total payment (automatically filled).
